Yep, they will be thin breasted and never "fat" like meat birds. You can't expect them to put on meat like a meat bird. They just get stringy as they age.

They are considered dual purpose, but my understanding of dual-purpose means that when their egg-laying years are done, they will have more meat on them than other egg-only breeds making them a decent candidate for the stew pot.
