help!!!!! Hen bald on back of head

Hi peeps! I posted on 2/28 about my ~ 9 month old hen losing feathers around her throat. Please see the picture below.... She has since started to regrow those feathers. Today 3/22 I noticed that she is missing feathers on the back of her head!!!! Not the back of her neck, but her head! I am freaking out! She has no blood spots and she didn't on her throat either. I am just so confused. I gave her a lookover and didn't see any bugs or anything but I also don't really know what I am looking for. Is somebody bullying her??? If so, how do I know who is doing it and how do I stop it?? If it is bullying, clearly they keep going after her for some reason!!! I have 5 other hens, all the same age, NO roosters.

Help please, I am so worried!

Looks like the result of pecking to me. The throat feathers *may* have been a juvenile molt. But the spot on the back of the neck sure looks like pecking from another hen.

Get a webcam to see if you can catch the culprit....or sit with a cup of tea, or two, and watch for an afternoon.
