Help!! Hen becoming a rooster?? Hen is growing spurs!

So I was letting my hens free range, and I noticed she looked like she had spurs. She is 2 years old, give or take, has a wonderful rooster who is a great protector and doesn’t overrate, and lays about 5 eggs a week. She is a RIR, her name is Shiloh, and I don’t know what to do. She only has one spur, so it’s not crazy. And it’s rounded off, not like a normal spur.

That looks like a spur bud. Perfectly normal for a hen to have!

I knew sometimes they got little spurs, but the one on the right concerned me bc it was so big! Thank you for the reassurance!

I’ve got an Australorp hen with huge spurs I guess some hens just have them. it’s funny bc hers seem to just keep getting bigger!

Many of my hens had small spur numbs, but I did have a SS that had massive ones, but she still behaved like all the other hens.

There is no problem. She is still a hen because she is laying eggs. I hatched 5 RIR pullets, and one of them had huge spurs eventually. It happens occasionally.

I have a 6 year old cuckoo marans hen that has her spurs trimmed whenever I trim my roosters' spurs. She is perfectly normal. She is about due for a trim. I'll try and get a picture later.
