Keep it clean. Normal saline or soap and water only. Antibiotic ointment. Does look too bad. I know it seems like it but it's a head wound and head wounds bleed

It's just not smart to wrap anything around a birds neck...ever.


It doesn't look bad at all.
It will heal just fine.

She is probably trying to scratch the thing off from around her neck.


Look the other way....she won't continue to scratch.

She's still scratching with the bandage off.. her claws are irritating it

Update: wound spray to clean it out.
