Help! Hen has bubbly eye,bump on side of face & top of beak is not...

Help. One of my hens has a bubbly eye a bump on the side of her face & the top of her beak is not inline with the bottom. The Top is more to the left & the bottom is to the right.

Not sure what to do! Any advice please....

can you post a pic?

could she be injured from a bump or fall?
or does it look like the swelling is causing the displacement?
could it be a tumor?

you might consider a vet.

try warm compresses and aspirin..1 (81mg) tablet in 1 quart of water...

if sinus infection...

also give the Tylan 50 injectable or erythromycin (gallimycin)..or Penicillin in a pinch.
