Help! Hen has insides hanging out! Pics added!

We have a 1 year old white leghorn hen that has what looks like her guts hanging out of her vent. We noticed after a coyote got in the pen with the chickens. We don't know if she was attacked or if it scared the poo out of her. Or maybe it is coincidence. Any ideas what we can do for her? Thank you so much.

Isolate her, give her some antibiotics, Is she prolapsed or dragging guts. do you have any pics ?

Here are a few pictures. It is interesting that when we were taking pictures of it, it contracted back into her. Then when we were done it came back out. She is acting fine. Running around like usual.

I can't tell much from the picture. I guess my eyes aren't what they used to be. If it's her vent, you could gently clean it, put some Prep H on it and push it back in. If it's a bite injury, she may need a vet.
