HELP,,,hen having trouble breathing, UPDATE,,she died, never mind

I can see a chunk in her windpipe and it is attached, looks like chunk of feed with slim over it
she is 1 year old
was eating and drinking yeaterday.
I tried to squeez it out,
I've digging it out with netting needle
I have tried Swabbing it with ACV
and 1 drop 1 time

HELP ANY SUGGESTION???

I was hoping someone with more expertise in this area would come along in time.

we can't always save them, although that's not really a consolation when it's your hen. at least you tried your best for her.
