Help....hen is losing focus with two eggs to go!

No pips. I guess I should have candled. Having heard horror stories of people dropping and cracking their eggs, I've been scared to touch or move them unnecessarily. I think if I was in an egg, I wouldn't want someone shining a flashlight in on me. :)
 
Don't want to scare you, but the last time I had some chicks hatch late (day 23 or 24), they were born with issues such as curled toes and splay legs. Not sure if it was due to the late hatch or not, but never had these issues with the other chicks that hatched on time or early.
 
That's interesting that your late hatchers had deformities. I think it may be the inverse if there's a correlation.....the late hatch was due to the deformities instead of the deformities caused by the late hatch. That would be a real bummer!
