HELP! Hen is moaning and sneezing. What do we do?

1-2 year Brahma hen -- fine earlier today, now moaning with every breath and sneezing several times/minute. Coldest night in MN last night (below zero), 10 degrees now. 2-room coop with indoor room heated (when below 20 degrees) and outdoor room adjacent with one screen wall, rest solid. She sounds awful! Has anyone experienced this? What should we do???? Thank you so much for your input!

I forgot to mention this in the first post -- she seems fine except for the moaning... She was moving around, and flapped about when we picked her up (normal for her). Not sure if she's eating/drinking. She is roosted up with the others for the night. Any thoughts? We're really perplexed by this noise -- it's hard to listen to and not know what to do!

Is there any discharge from the nose or eyes? Because the symptoms are vague right now, best thing for right now is to bring her in where it is warmer.....electrolytes in the water, high energy foods and TLC. Are there rattle sounds in the lungs or something of that nature?

Hmm......... has anything changed in the environment? Have they, due to the weather, suddenly been spending much more time inside? If so.. is there something "in the air".. or in the nesting material, or something new... Can you think of anything that has changed? And, is she the only one with symptoms? No one else is having a problem? What kind of "nesting material" do you use? In spite of the cold, do they get good ventilation? Clean the coop regularly? No build up of poop or ammonia from poop/waste?
And, not to say that this is the problem: but have you wormed your flock, her regularly... recently? Have you introduced any new chickens?
I think that more information would help those might offer input... please...

Is the "moaning" a "wheezing" -- is she having trouble breathing? Still, look to the environment first.. isolate her, separate her. If she seems "sick", "congested", having trouble breathing.. if nothing has changed in the coop, in the air they breathe.. if you don't use cedar shavings.. if no one else is showing any symptoms.. you might want to get some Duramycin 10 (Tetracycline) water soluable antibiotics and add it to the water.. at least her water for several days (3 to 5).. 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. per gallon of water.. keep it fresh and clean.. change it at least every 24 hours or if it turns dark.. As long as she is eating and drinking on her own, then just do the TLC and keep her warm and separate until she feels better... as froggiesheins says.
Watch the rest of the flock as well.. see if anyone else starts acting sick or showing similar symptoms.
