Help!!! Hen is staying in the nesting boxes

So I have 5 19 week old hens and one hen laid her first egg on Wednesday and another one this morning, but all day today my RIR/ NH has been in the nesting Boxes, she is eating and drinking but I am worried! It’s like she is trying to lay put can’t, she is walking normally and flying normally up to the bars so should I be worried and what do I do?

She might be broody. Take her out and try to cool her down. Otherwise some chickens just like hanging out there. Just keep an eye on her.

I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but she has like white stuff on her soft vent feathers

Get a bucket of cool water, try to cool her down some and wash it off. If it's broodiness, this will help. I honestly don't know if they get broody this early, but it may help.
If it's not that, I'll be asking some friends and see if they have any ideas.
