Help Hen or Rooster?

Help... I recently got my first batch of backyard chickens.They were one week old, and identify as female. Ten weeks later, one of my pullets is substantially bigger then the others. This pullet is also the dominant bird in our flock. Here are a few pictures. What do you think, hen or rooster?

I too would say it's a pullet too. Some females can be quite dominant and be bully's just as much as the boys. Post some pics in the what breed gender section for a more answers though. Here is the link https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this

I think she is a hen. When there are no roosters around - an alpha hen takes over.
