Help hen pecking other hens hatching eggs

I have a couple of hens that have been setting, went out this morning and found one of our other hens pecking the egg. Could hear the chick and see it. I haven't had chickens that long not sure what is happening.

Do you have problems with egg eating. It's a good idea to keep broody hens with eggs in their own cage so that doesn't happen. I know this is kind of a late answer, but I hope no other eggs got killed.
