Help! Hen sick!!

I have a hen that has had a pale comb for a few days. She has been given poultry cell for vitamins for a few days with my flock and electrolytes today. Today, her comb is still pale and droopy. She also had a dirty butt and didn’t seem to have as much energy as my other chickens. She also wouldn’t jump up on the roost tonight so I helped her. I examined her more closely while she was on the roost and her eyes are also dilated. I also felt under her neck/chest area and it felt like a lump under her neck/chest area too. Can someone tell me what might be wrong? I am new to owning chickens, and I am very frustrated.

i will try to get some tomorrow. Are crops in chickens usually higher up? This lump felt like it was higher up on her to be her crop.

I’m sad to report she passed away this morning. She didn’t look like she had anything wrong with her when I found her. Is this something I should worry about for the rest of my flock?

I'm sorry for your loss

I am not sure what exactly she had though,. For the flock, maybe more information or anything out of the ordinary.

Could there be a poisoning? Can you take a temperature on another one?
