HELP! Hens laying soft shell/no shell eggs!

I feed mine later pellets and scratch mixed together. I have oyster shells in a separate feeder. I'm getting 1 to 2 soft shell or no shell a day. I'm gonna try mixing the oyster shells in with the pellets and see if that helps . I've never had this problem until I got some new full grown hens hens from the feed store
Welcome!
Please stop mixing scratch in with the layer pellets. You are preventing them from getting a balanced diet.
The layer pellets is formulated as a balanced diet.
By mixing it (layer feed) with other stuff you are taking away from it being balanced.

Indeed, mixing isn’t a very good idea. Most chickens eat the grains and leave the layer pellets to go bad.

Right or wrong to give scratch , and how much, depends on the circumstances. If chickens free range a lot in a lush environment it’s not bad at all to give the chickens 50% scratch with oyster shell on the side.

If you have normal eggs with strong shells from the other chickens it is possible these two were not fed well before you got them or had a disease of some kind. You could try to give them their food separated with extra calcium in it. I have been reading that crumbled human calcium tablets are okay. But I don’t know how much you can give.
