Help hens or roos??

Hi guy's & girl's I need some help I'm getting confused I want to buy these frizzle hens the lady selling them is saying they are hens but some people are saying no there Roos the 1st one the orange I've been told hen the 2nd one I've been told Roo & the 3rd a hen & some have said all Roos I've been told they are 2 months old any help would be great as I can't have a rooster where I live.

2nd one is definitely a cockerel... only one I see that looks like a pullet is the last pic...

2nd one is absolutely a cockerel, 1st one looks suspiciously like a cockerel too... sorry...

2nd is defienently cockerel. 3rd is a pullet. Could you get a better pic of the firsts one?
