Help! How do I get my site on google?

We just created a website ourselves for our sheep with microsoft office live. The web address works in the address box but not on google. Anyone know how I can get it on google? The site does work on here under my username to the left.

Google lists site by how many hits they get. If you just made it than it probably wont be near the top.

You can submit your site to google, but Cheekon is right, to get up on the search engines, you need to direct traffic to your site.

Thanks for hitting my site everyone. I was supprised to see how many people hit it from BYC when I cheked my overview.
