If she's not been laying, then I would not give the extra calcium.
There is a way to stop them from laying by giving Suprelorin Implants, but that's from a vet. This would need to be "re-done" every 3-6 months. It's not that cheap.
Sometimes a bird responds fairly well to the implants and they can extend life. Other times they still decline.
