Solved HELP!!! How do I post a contest on here?

Okay, I was going to start a contest and then.............
When I pressed Sponsored Posts, Giveaways and Contests, there was no "POST A NEW THREAD" button by the quick navigation menu. Is only "special byc educators" allowed to post a contest, or is there something going wrong? HELP!
