Help! How long can eggs survive without being warm?

UPDATE! Just candled, and three of the four are alive with movement! The hen took them back just fine as well! Crossing my fringers on number four. Thank you all for the help!

I have successfully incubated eggs that were incubating for 15ish days and then put in the refrigerator for hours.
They were duck eggs and I think duck eggs can with stand much longer temp drops but it did work.

I think they are all going to be just fine.
