I am hatching quail eggs and I tried everything to keep the humidity high, sponges water ice cubes spray bottles! Anyone has an idea of how can I get it p to 50% I have a little giant styrofoam invator with a auto egg with no fan. Please respond quickly it's for my sons 14th birthday and I don't want to diss appoint him

Is this during incubation? Or at hatch?

Below 50% humidity during incubation is fine.

At hatch, i would think that a sponge sitting in a water tray would work.

I used crumpled up paper towels in water filled trays.

(I used a different kind of incubator, and I have hatched ducks and chicks...never quail, but I would think the principles would be the same.)
