Help. Hurt chicken. Intestines hanging out 2 inches.

Please help my Orp. hen near 2 years old.
Last night, when I went to turn on the heat lamp, I noticed her intestines were out, about 2 inches, with a ball of poop inside them.
This mornning it is the same but, a little discolored. She is posturing weird, arching her back in the shape of a rainbow. Not as active as usual. Thank you.

If you mean they were hanging out her vent, then it is prolapsed vent. Separate her ASAP!!! The others will pull her intestines and uterus out. Clean her up and apply preparation H to her vent.

Are you sure its intestines? I had this happen 2 times...well the first time i thought it was intestines, but it was an egg with no shell! do you have a pic?
