Help!!! Hurt chicken

Hello all I am In need of advice I am a newbie and this is the first time I have had a hurt chicken. Yesterday I discovered my chickens were attacked we lost three but one was still alive I have been reading past posts about what to do .. I have her in my house in a box with food and water I just don't know what's wrong with her other than she has a pretty nasty cut on the side of her face we cleaned it as best we could but she seems to also have trouble standing up/not being able to keep her balance her wings seem to be fine and she has movement in her legs with we pick her up could she have a broken leg? Help need advice!! Thank you in advance!

she may be in shock, they often are after an attack. Best thing for her is peace and quiet. Does she eat/drink? You could post in detail on the "emergencies,diseases, injuries, cures thread." Chickens seem to bounce back from some horrific injuries- when they are in shock tho, they may be semi paralyzed. This may be why she doesn't stand and has poor balance.
