Lol, I just realized I'm in the Duck forum.

My new guess is some kind of penciled Indian Runner Duck.

They vary so much in coloring it's really hard to tell. I haven't seen any other duck photos with a pattern quite like that so far.

These are his feathers! He was pure black but now is turning into this pattern!
