Help! I don't know how to help my chick.... some sort of prolapsed vent?

I guess I should add they are 3 1/2 weeks old...

Just in case someone comes across this post in the future... when I got done posting and checked her again she was fine... and now weeks later, still fine. I'm guessing the poor thing was pooping and Im crazy worried...
