A bunch of chicks are in the pen n they wont move and seem paralyzed n has posse bottoms they won't move it is keep shaking and moving their heads

All of your chickens are like this? I'm not sure what a "posse bottom" is... They're all on their backs, unable to move and shaking their heads? Could they have gotten into something like a chemical, or bad feed, or anything? You might want to think about taking one to a vet if you can, to find out if it's something they could have ingested or possibly a disease of some sort.
