I have a duck egg in my incubator I went at 2 pm to turn my eggs well I saw one egg pip I don't see anymore movement I am scared he didn't make it what should I do

If they are hatching do not turn them anymore. Close the lid and wait!

For future reference with the other eggs, once they pip it is still a very long wait. Often over 24 hours. They will rest while absorbing the blood vessels and yolk. Once they are ready they will begin to knock a ring around the top of the egg "zipping", and push out. It is important to not intervene too soon.
