help! i dont know whats going on with temps?

ok i just got a new digital thermometer and i have a murcurty one and it reads 101f but this one says 77.7F and it says in what is the difference between in and out temp , please help ,,, im using a Tempminder MRC257JW

I have the same issue with them I got 3 thermomerters, 2 temps around the same, 1 way off I think it's the thermomerters some are junk. The heat in the room will make them swing up or down also I'm NO expert my 1st time but this is what mine do.. I guess I'll find out on day 21 how bad it was.
