Help, I found a 3 week old chick!

Well last night a baby chick was found outside with string rapped around its legs. I have had chickens in the past but I haven't had any chicks in a few years. This chick "Lucky" seems around 3 weeks old (via google) and I think it might be a pullet? and a Delaware? Any and all input on breed and sex would be greatly appreciated!!!

california white or leghorn. Looks to be a pullet too

with the black specks here and there in the first pics looks just like my california whites that i have and favors a pullet too
