HELP!! I hatched ducklings, one is dyeing, what is the normal temp?

I hatched day old ducklings, what is the temp supposed to be? one is not doing good at all.

This is my first time with ducks.

I believe they need to be kept at 95 F under the brooder light, and while hatching it's 99.5 water wiggler temp, or 101 air temp....

Ok so i am doing it right. Hmmm

This one is on the edge, And i dont know why. I tryed to get it to drink some suger water, but it wont. I think it did one sip.
