first problem is my 1 week old naked neck turkin is pooping green, she has had nothing but growing mesh, no treats she does not look good at all keeps opening its mouth like its trying to breath this just started 2 hours ago any one having any idea of whats happening?

the second problem is last week i noticed a 2 week old cochin doing a bobble head kind of thing he died 2 days later and now the other cochin i got at the same time same age started doing the bobble head thing today any one know what might be happening?

i am very worried i have many other babies should i separate them from the bobble head?

You should separate any sick birds from the others. I don't mean to sound cold hearted, but I would cull any sick birds. If it is a disease that they will be carriers, then any future birds will be subjected to that disease.

i though the first one hit its head but with the second one i know it could not have been it, have you ever heard of this before and what about the green poop?

Oh, it's so sad when we have these problems. I saw your other thread about this but couldn't watch the video (dial up!!!).

I have no clue what is wrong, but in my albeit somewhat limited experiences with raising hatchlings over the years, whenever I've had problems of any kind with them, I've always found it helpful to give them an electrolyte solution like pedialyte plus tetracycline, penicillin or a cephalosporin type antibiotic or better yet a combination of several types, and vitamins. It can't hurt. Also, be sure to keep them very warm, like 95 degrees for birds less than a month old, 90 to 95 for older birds.
