HELP! I have a shrink-wrapped chick in my bra!

OK, this is going to sound a little odd maybe: I put 2 chicken eggs under my turkey who has now hatched out her eggs 2 days before the chicken eggs are due so abandoned the chicken eggs. I have had them in my bra since yesterday. One egg had cracked (I thought pipped) so I chipped off a piece of the shell. I can see the chick, but looks shrink-wrapped but is still alive. Day 21 is tomorrow. What should I do???

Ummm.... I don't know, I suppose the humidity is all wrong, but I would have to test the area to be sure....

I would get them into a warm bathroom or somewhere that the humidity will raise. Maybe sit in a nice bathroom with the shower running to keep up the humidity? There have been others that have hatched chicks in their bras...the threads are on here..search and find out!

I like my chickens, but there is no way I'm hatching them in my bra! The problem you are having is a humidity issue though. Good luck!

I agree with the bathroom shower thing to up the humidity. My incubator acted up one day and I had to leave so I ended up going to the doctor that day with six eggs in my bra. They all hatched but man did I get weird looks,

Oh geez, if I had to do that there could be some real problems! I could maybe get two in my bra, but that's about it. Hey, maybe I could ask my mom for help! "Um, mom, the incubator crapped out can I put the eggs in your bra?"

I think it's the amount of humidity you have where you are keeping them, I would definitely try what leadwolf1 said.... I hope the hatching goes well!
