Hi everyone. Thanks for reading this. I've been reading the site for some time now but have never joined. But now I'm rather worried about my Indian Runner and would really appreciate some advice.
His mate got squashed by a car this am but this little one seemed to survive. I thought initially he had a broken leg. But actually on closer inspection I'm not sure he does. There is no obvious break. Its limp and a little swollen at the thigh area.
Any suggestions?
I have placed him in a small box in the garage for now. He was getting sat on by all the other inquisitive birds when he was in his house. I also had him in a lukewarm 'bath' which seemed to help I think.
