Help! I have no clue what breed or gender this chicken is.

I bought this chick at Easter. I have not been able to sex him/her. She resembles a he because of the feathers, but I figured if she was a he that he would be crowing by now since he/she is 4 months old but not so much as a prepubescent squeak. Any help would be much appreciated. I was also curious if anyone could tell me the breed. He/she looks way different than all my others.

Looks like a hen to me. I am not sure about the breed though.

Wow, I just looked at some pictures of a Japanese Phoenix. It does look like that. I hope she stays a she.

The full body profile is in a shadow, but I agree with Basskids08. It does look like a Japanese Phoenix hen.
