I was feeding my chicks this morning and happened to glance at one and this is what it's bottom looked like
400

None of the others (23 of them) look like this any help is greatly appreciated

Looks like it had some runny poop for some reason. When very young, this is not unusual. Make sure there is no dried poop blocking the vent, and watch it for signs of illness -- lethargy, not eating or drining much, etc. If they seem OK, I wouldn't worry about it. If they are on the ground and seem sick, or you see blood (not intestinal lining) in the poop, I would guess cocci and treat with Corid, as it needs to be addressed promptly. Or post again with more information.

Looks like pasty butt. Chick diarrhea, it'll dry and stick everything shut. Just clean it off with a warm wet cotton ball, and dab a little baby oil around his vent so if he has more it won't stick.

What's the big "bubble" under its tail feathers, it's a reddish color like a little red balloon

I think the red spot is a peck injury. When you get the vent and feathers cleaned off, check to see if the vent is protruding or sticking out--that would be serious. You would need to try to push it back inside. Extra strength PreperationH has medication that will shrink this and help if it is sticking out. Do not apply this if it is not though. Coccidia could be causing the diarrhea as posted earlier. Corid is the drug of choice to treat it if you suspect this.

If it were my chick I would start treating for coccidiosis with amprolium (Corid, Amprol), you will find them in the cattle section many feed stores.
