I went out to the coop yesterday and one of my bantams was on top of the nesting boxes with her eyes bubbling. I quickly caught her and segragated her from the others in the flock. I sat outside about two hours watch my flock while they free ranged and noticed that few others aren't feeling well. Two RIR's and my seabright hens are all shaking there heads and coughing. This morning when I went to check on them, my orphigtion is now acting droopy and won't eat.
Yesterday I put some electrolytes in their water to help support them a bit, until I could get to the feed store. I picked up some theramycin (spelling). Does this sound like to you guys that I now have several hens with resparitory infection??
