Help, I just did something stupid

One of my favourite hens just died suddenly. I’m heartbroken, and I grabbed a couple of her last eggs and put them under my broody hen who is sitting on Duck eggs. She’s only been on them a couple of days so the chicks will be hatching first. Can I pull the eggs out as soon as they start pipping? I don’t have an incubator or I’d put them in there. Help, I know this was really dumb and I hope I don’t ruin everything

Odds are if you take the chicks as they hatch, she should stay setting on the other eggs
