HELP! I put my eggs in the incubator air cell down!

It's the end of day 20 and I have 13 hatched so far with another 6 or 7 that have pipped! The Little Giant 9300 has a major design flaw with the thermometer. The active little babies will move it around and lay on it causing a inaccurate reading kicking on and off the heater when it's not suppose to. So I'm a little worried that the temperature swings will not effect the eggs. But a 43% hatch rate so far is better than I was expecting my first time! And it will hopefully get better within the next few days! I have moved the other 11 eggs I put in at an earlier date to another incubator I went out and bought so now I can do more hatching
