Re: the prednisone: I get mine from an online pharmacy. You have to find one that says no prescription needed. My prednisone has come from India and other places, but works fine. Bood thing to have on hand. For people, too.

Boy that is scary. Glad to hear she is better now - maybe she was in shock from the stress of being captured (probably thought something was going to eat her)

It's great that she woke up! I agree she probably was in shock. It wasn't the first thing that came to my mind when you originally posted about a concussion, but it makes sense. When one of my injured hens started coming out of shock after laying there for almost 20 hours, she didn't have much of an appetite, but she was still dealing with the pain of her wound. Your hen may be back to normal quicker than mine was.

She was doing really good this morning so I let her out and she ran up to her best friend buff! It was so cute and then it started pouring and they all ran in different buildings! That was a sight to see! I have 45 all together and they are amazing!
