One of them lost the feathers on her rump again and there starting to sneeze alot not be as active please help or give advice I'm worried sick

Have you checked for mites, lice ect? What do you feed? how big is their coop? bald butts can be from picking.
How would I go about checking for mites, I feed Purina layina, I suspected it was from picking but idk for sure

How many chickens are in the coop? They also could be picking because theyre too close or they could be low in protein. try feedingredients a higher protein food if they don't have mites. any other syptoms?
Some times it seems there not as active as usual and sometimes it looks like they have runny poop I'll put some pics or is it normal and there are six ckikens in the coop 5 hens one roo

They are definitely getting picked, once you rule out mites or lice, switch to a higher protein feed like flock raiser and provide oysters shell for your girls. Layer isn't great for roosters anyway. I love the door on your coop.

Only one of them looks like this and I offer oyster shells and grit and why is layer feed bad for roos I've heard it's fine I've only had the roo for about a month

You want to find out what is wrong first, before you give them anything, or else you won't know what will work or is working. You could also make it worse on accident. It sounds to me like a couple of things are going on at once.

How many hens in the coop? I agree that they might need a little more room. It looks like they free range from your photo, though. How often are they enclosed?

Feather picking can be from a few things, or it might just be temperament. You can try pinless peepers on the hen that is doing it, that has worked for some people.

Lethargy might be from internal parasites, external parasites, or coccidiosis. You can type in any of those and you will get tons of info.

Layer should be fine for a roo because he doesn't have egg laying abilities to mess up with it.
