Sick chickens suddenly

Trying to help a local farmer out who’s new to chickens, we have never had sick chickens so I have no idea how to guide them or what this is.

3 out of 15 of their chickens today have swollen eyes, bubbly breathing and standing/laying still. Not really eating or drinking. One of them has been sneezing very hard, each time she sneezes, clear bubbles form on the eye that is swollen, and another time she sneezes/coughed, blood came out. This particular chicken poos bubbly, kind of green. I can attach a photo if necessary.
I’m not well versed in sickness, the most we have ever had are dirty butts so I have no clue what the options are other than, to me, obviously something respiratory. Thoughts?

I hope so. They called me in a fuss and I feel terrible that I have no idea how to help

Any input from anyone? The chicken that coughed blood is much better today. They’ve all been on duramycin and vetrx
