Help I think my hen is injuried

So this morning we went down to their own and found her lying on the floor on her side. She is struggling to breath, she started eating after we gave her paracetamol. She can move her wings but is struggling to stand up. I am unsure if her legs are broken. In the picture below the leg you can't see is tucked underneath her and feels very loose. When she tried to stand up she struggles and she makes a groaning noise I think, as if she in pain. Also the leg that feels loose is also further back on her body, it isn't in line with her other leg.

Can you take her to a vet?
Since she seems to be in pain and making groaning sounds, she may have a dislocation or something broken, an xray would help.

I would take her the vet but it's going to be expensive so we are trying but thank you
