Help--I think my hen is sick---

I am somewhat new to the chicken world...My hen is lethargic, not moving, doesn't seem to be eating/drinking...I separated her in a different coop..I did notice the other hens and roo where picking on her, she has an injury on her back near her tail feathers...Probably from others pecking her... Her belly is featherless....This all started today...She seemed perfectly fine yesterday...I treated the site with betadine, and antibiotic ointment..Does anyone have any ideas of what this is, and what to do??????

I have all good layers...The eggs have dropped off a little I am sure due to the real high temps....over 100 degrees lately...I am not sure if she has laid any the past few days.....She was in a coop with 12 other hens, and 1 roo....
