17th Annual BYC Easter Hatch-Along

Pics
I've gotten a few blood rings, and sorry, I have no pictures of my candled eggs, but usually it's a very narrow ring. Just like that but less than a quarter of it. That's a huge ring! Very interesting! Yes, it's dead though. Even if you weren't sure, you could tell because its veins have decomposed.
Ok, tysm!

Hi! My incubator-schedule didn't match up to this hatch-a-long, so I can't participate, but I thought I'd drop by for the last few days of my 22 shipped Icelandic's. Give you guys some cute chicks while you wait for your own. ;)

They're on day 19 and a half now. One externally pipped, about half internally pipped. I was going to put them in the hatcher last night, but I couldn't get the temp to stabilize, so I waited 'till the morning (as in now). A bit of a humidity issue moving them this late, and rather clumsy of me, but here we are. At least I got to candle them!

Has anyone noticed how all the chicks love to watch the hatching egg?
I always know who’s hatching next, cuz there’s usually a big pile of chicks on and around the next egg, watching!🤣🤣🤣
