Ok this is my first time hatching.. So excited at 4am to she an external pip. Around 815 a zip. But it is almost out stopped moving and peeping no advance in hour. I don't want to open bater if this is normal

Watch the beak for breathing. Resting is normal but you should be able to see breathing.

I see no breathing nothing . Looks runny in egg clear but I see no blood

I agree it looks pretty wet inside the egg. The membrane shows humidity is plenty high for hatching, but the pip looks like it was in a good spot. At this point there is nothing to lose, prepare a warm, humid place to work, snatch it out and see if it may still be alive.

The yolk wasn't fully absorbed, so the chick wasn't ready to hatch yet. Otherwise it looked normal.

Poor thing and poor you. I lost 16 eggs because they grew too quickly. My temperature was set too high. I dont know if that is the issue with yours but it may be worth checking if you plan to incubate more.
