Well I bought it in eBay my brother bought it for me. But can I still ask him for a replacement for that white hinge or no

If you can contact the person you got the Janoel 10 from, ask where they got it from so you can contact them. Search the internet to find who sells/manufacture, then email or call for the replacement part.

I'm not really seeing how to contact the manufacturer online. Can you put some regular(unfertilized) eggs in and see if it will still work without it?

I guess it still worked when I tried to hatch it without it I can see it grew then after those growing its was newly a chick then died every time I try to hatch a egg
