how do you know. I have read about the feet/leg size, comb and bird size but they are the exact same size. I have a cockerel coming in June but I guess I can always cancel it
. I guess time will tell but I think this just ruined my day.

I am not sure. BCMs have big combs early. I would think it would be bigger if it was a boy. You will know for sure in 1-2 weeks.I got this ‘pullet’ 2 weeks ago and the breeder was 100% is was a pullet. I’m not sure now. She/he is 4 weeks tomorrow and has a bigger comb than it’s sister. I’m really worried now!

That’s what I was thinking and really hoping. I’ll keep this thread posted. I will post some more pics next week. OK so how did you get them to pose patiently like that? mine are lil nutcases already - but i wat to try for 2 week pix.
Ok, it took some catching flying baby chickens but for the most part they just stood there
