I think if its 4 weeks there is still hope for it being a girl. I do not see wattle development yet. I have 4 3 week old BCM. One i'm calling a boy because wattles started sprouting at just over 2 weeks of age.

My BCM chicks are 9 weeks tomorrow and the one I’m on the fence about has a bit bigger comb and still has huge feet with round feathers and little wattles. Definitely a pullet. I have one that people told me was a cockerel. Shes now 9 weeks also and a pullet. Actually looks just like yours but lines an olive egger. First picture was 4 weeks.
