Help I was washing pasty but off my three day old chick I was being as careful as I could and I saw this. Below her vent . OMG did I hurt her? Or what is this, Is she going to die? I am so upset

It looks like a bit of her came out. Maybe this would do better in the injuries, diseases and cures forum?
Maybe some people can help you there, but I've never dealt with this so I have no idea.

Could be a herniated navel, if you squeezed her a bit too hard (chicks are delicate). Maybe it wasn't right to begin with and needed very little to pop out.
