I believe the dirtiness of the "chest" on the chick. Or the "ball" of food. Or maybe the brown feathering?
All of which are normal. But please, explain what you are concerned about.

Maybe they mean the little spikes on its chest? Those are just feathers growing in, don't worry about it!

They are around 3weeks old is that still normal for feather growing?
