help id disease

my little hen has what looks like a swollen node or growth of some sort. She eats and walks just fine . Can anyone help me figure out what she has?

From the picture it looks like she has a very full crop. If it's not gone in the morning it may be impacted and giving her a little olive oil or vegetable oil would help it pass into her gizzard.
